The goal of Listening Lab events is to provide a forum and safe space for the discussion of topics relating to social and racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Events alternate between two main formats: casual discussion in small groups, and more formal panels or talk-style presentations modeled on the Growing Up in Science series. Currently, two dedicated PiN students, Jonah Pearl and Leo Silenzi help organize and moderate the events. Please find some of our past events below!

NPC x Listening Lab: Presentation of Postdoc Nerveimpulse Findings

In 2023-2024, in response to community discussions on the postdoctoral fellowship experience, we launched a survey specifically tailored to support this critical stage in the academic pipeline. Thanks to all of you who completed the survey!
We shared and discussed the results with the community in the Listening Lab on November 12.
