How This Role Supports Our Mission
Chloe helps build an inclusive, connected community by creating programs that support all department members. Her work is focused on cultivating belonging and inclusive excellence so that everyone in our community can thrive and do their best science.
Main Areas of Work
Chloe organizes professional development and community-building opportunities for department members. She also manages the PiNBAC postbac program, supports MAHPING, and oversees the department’s internal and external communications, including social media and the internal and external department websites.
About Chloe
Chloe studied History, Law, and Society at the American University of Paris and earned a master’s degree in Inclusive Leadership from Tufts University.
Outside of work, she can often be found walking around Boston, volunteering at the cat shelter, going to spin class, and helping out at the Boston Women’s Market.
