    Lunch Days:

    Neuro Lunch Days provide a unique opportunity for faculty and a group of 4-5 trainees to meet and enjoy a small group lunch together. These gatherings aim to broaden interactions between department faculty and trainees. The informal lunch conversations can span a wide range of topics including science, career trajectory, job searches, etc.

    Morehouse And Harvard Partnership In Neuroscience Growth (MAHPING):

    The Morehouse And Harvard Partnership in Neuroscience Growth (MAHPING) Initiative is an innovative, bi-directional partnership between the neuroscience communities at Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) and Harvard Medical School (HMS) that is catalyzing robust research and educational collaborations between our two institutions. The MAHPING Initiative builds upon a rich history of neuroscience collaboration between HMS and MSM and aims to promote inclusive exellence in neuroscience research and education. We are leveraging bi-directional exchange and authentic collaboration to enhance efforts to recruit and retain a diverse neuroscience workforce and to mutually strengthen research and educational efforts at both institutions.

     

    PiNBAC- The Harvard Program in Neuroscience Post-Baccalaureate program:

    The Harvard Program in Neuroscience Post-Baccalaureate (PiNBAC) program is a training program for recent college graduates interested in applying to PhD programs in the neurosciences. Launched in 2020, PiNBAC offers longitudinal science curriculum, individualized professional development, and assistance in graduate applications. The overall mission of PiNBAC is to support educational activities that encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those from groups underrepresented in the biomedical and behavioral sciences, to pursue further studies or careers in research.
